Rev. Dr. Tracy Hubbard

Rev. Dr. Tracy K. Hubbard, founder and pastor of FOR GOD Church, is grateful to follow God's call to plant a church where people can experience His love, grow in faith, and discover the joy of living fully for Him. Passionate about teaching God's Word, loving people, and helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, she brings extensive experience in ministry, communication, healthcare, and higher education. Dr. Hubbard cannot wait to welcome you and serve God alongside the FOR GOD Church community. She and her husband, Dr. Keith P. Hubbard, are proud parents of two adult children.

Rev. Sue Welborn

Rev. Sue Welborn brings her whole heart to serving the FOR GOD Church community through Christ-centered encouragement, compassionate support, and whole-person wellness. Currently completing her Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling, she is especially passionate about helping women grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically as they embrace their identity in Christ. Sue is excited to help build a welcoming community where people are seen, strengthened, and encouraged in their God-given purpose. She and her husband, Rev. Dr. Isaac Welborn Jr., are proud parents of three adult daughters and grandparents of seven.

Rev. Dr. Isaac Welborn, Jr.

Rev. Dr. Isaac Welborn Jr. is a devoted minister and military veteran who is excited to serve the FOR GOD Church community. After 30 years in the United States Coast Guard, he continues to use his gifts to encourage others, share biblical truth, and support spiritual growth. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling and is committed to serving others and advancing God's Kingdom for His glory. He and his wife, Sue, are proud parents of three adult daughters and grandparents of seven.

Maqoi Hubbard

Maqoi Hubbard brings a heart of gold, a helpful spirit, and a passion for youth to the FOR GOD Church community. An elementary school teacher and Norfolk State University honors graduate, she beautifully balances vital administrative leadership to help build the church's foundation with a profound commitment to mentoring children, teens, and young adults. Maqoi is excited to cultivate a safe, welcoming environment where kids feel deeply loved and families thrive. She is the beloved daughter of Dr. Tracy Hubbard and her husband, Dr. Keith P. Hubbard.
